Annunciation BVM families, who have been enrolled for one school year and re-enrolled for the upcoming school year, may apply for Tuition Assistance. Families applying for Tuition Assistance will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by May 1, 2025.

Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:
• Copies of your 2024 Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
• Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
All supporting documentation can be uploaded in pdf or jpeg format through your FACTS account.

After May 1st, the Annunciation BVM Tuition Assistance Review Team (Pastor/Designee, Principal, Administrative Assistant) will review and consider each application. The available funds will be allocated and qualifying families will be notified in June of their Tuition Assistance award.
