To register your child, you may fill out registration forms at the Open House or in the school office after this date. You will need a copy of your child’s birth certificate and a copy of your child’s baptismal certificate if your child was not baptized at Annunciation Parish. The registration fee must be paid at the time of registration. This fee is non-refundable.
