Heather Ruffalo graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1991 with a BS in elementary education. She taught second grade at Annunciation from 1992-1995 and 1999-2014.  She returned to Annunciation in the fall of 2019 as the 3rd grade teachers.   She has been married to her husband, Ken, for over 25 years, and they have one daughter, Anna.
