SchoolSpeak will not be accessible until October 31. Parents can access Report Cards at 3:30 p.m., via your SchoolSpeak account. Because SchoolSpeak is in it's first year of implementation, this timeframe allows teachers adequate time to transfer data from the Gradebook to the Report Card. Training on the new electronic report card was made available from the Diocese last week. Teachers require this time to adequately prepare, preview, and publish report cards prior to your access on October 31. As per the Diocesan changes, paper report cards will no longer be sent home (unless you do not have internet access). This meeting is for all parents who have a student receiving the sacrament of Confirmation on February 14, 2015. Items to be covered include: distribution of the Confirmation packet; brief discussion about the guidelines for each student; expectations of the candidate and how you can help your child; and an opportunity to ask questions you may have.
