Catholic Schools Week Catholic Schools Week begins on January 31 and the theme this year is “Annunciation and Beyond.” Home and School has planned some activities to make this week a fun one. This is a list of what has been scheduled.
Monday: Toy Story Day and Ice Cream - Students may dress down in Toy Story apparel or costumes. Anything related to toys is fine. Students will also receive an ice cream treat.
Tuesday: Sports Day and Bingo – Students may dress down and wear a team uniform or shirt showing their favorite sports team. The whole school will play Bingo on this day.
Wednesday: Crazy Hair, Hat and Sock Day - Students wear uniforms on this day but may have crazy hair styles (No dyed hair) and crazy hats and socks. (Hats will not be worn at Mass.)
Thursday: PJ Day. Students may come to school dressed in PJ’s. Students will receive a donut treat.
Friday: Spirit Day and 8th Grade Volleyball Game At the end of the newsletter please find a “Thank You Letter” that you may print and have your child bring to his/her teacher this week.
While we have had to curtail many of the usual Catholic Schools Week activities this year due to the pandemic, we are still looking forward to a fun week.
